High performance flashing material from DPM Leadwork
We use this product in place of traditional lead flashing. Not only has it been proved to have many more added benefits than its traditional counterpart, but it also carries no scrap value, vastly reducing it as a likely target for thieves.
Although Masterform is primarily a flashing material, it can be used on small roof areas such as porches, ledges and small internal roof areas.
Lead and bitumen free, it carries no known toxins so is essentially environmentally friendly.
Bonding easily with other materials, Masterform does not stain your glazing and requires no heat to adhere it to your property.
New house in Hampshire. This roof was originally fitted with lead flashing. Unfortunately it was stolen 24 hours after fitting and the client then instructed us to replace with ‘Masterform’. (Note the appearance of weathered down lead).
